Sessional help
Quick checks for classroom, login, cloud save and PowerPoint issues.
Google sign-in
Use the same Google account that owns or teaches the class. If a PowerPoint session expires, sign in again from the add-in; installing the add-in never changes your class role.
Cloud save
Keep the tab or PowerPoint task pane open until Sessional shows a successful sync. If the network drops, reconnect before ending or starting another scored activity.
PowerPoint add-in
If Sessional can start an activity but cannot insert a slide, your PowerPoint build may not support the required slide-shape API. The activity remains live and can still be controlled from the task pane or Sessional web.
Before reporting an issue
Include the class name, activity name, approximate time, device, browser or PowerPoint version, and a screenshot of the error. Do not send student passwords or Google credentials.
